- Strong modeling, sculpting, texturing and baking skills
- Solid understanding of topology, materials, textures, proportion
- Optimization of assets in terms of triangle count and texture budgets
- Ability to work with and without concept arts
- Hard-surface modeling (props, weapons, vehicles, machinery - including design)
- Understanding of design: composition, proportion, silhouette, visual weight and structure
